What are Disruptive Dialogues?
Disruptive Dialogues are conversations that challenge the norms around how we currently conceptualize and address health and wellbeing inside the workplace. Key opinion leaders will challenge a group of dedicated, thoughtful leaders from within human resources, benefits, DE&I, and other culture-shaping departments to rethink their approach to workplace wellness.The first session is scheduled to take place on April 26 at 8:30 a.m. ET led by the incredible Deb Smolensky, best-selling author and Well-being & Engagement leader, to tackle important topics from how to support burned-out employees to mitigating stress in the workplace.
