Earn Points→ Move Tiers→ Lower the Platform Price & Earn Perks
Why should you be penalized for having more clients and building out your practice? Here at YourCoach, that’s not our style. Unlike other platforms out there, we’re built around motivating you to succeed and understand the importance of motivation when achieving goals. That’s why we pioneered our revolutionary, gamified pricing model to help you reach your goals and help your clients reach theirs all while lowering the cost of our platform.
How (and why) does this new points system work? We offer you the chance to earn points on everything from posting your profile picture to set up your first program to running your whole practice on our platform. These points accumulate on a yearly basis and enable you to reach various tiers where each lowers the price of the platform plus perks that help you build your business. Below is some more information on how to move between tiers and receive perks, as well as what you can expect at each step along the way.
What earns you points?
If you’re just starting out and are using our platform for free with up to 2 individual and 1 group programs, then there are countless ways to start banking your points so that once you acquire more clients, the cost of the platform stays consistently low! Here are some ways to earn points when just starting out:
- Earn 10 points when you: choose your practice categories, integrate your Calendly, set up Stripe and add a practice description
- Earn 20 points when you: upload a personal photo and upload a photo for your practice
- Earn 50 points when you: upload your first certification (and earn 25 points for any additional certifications that you add afterwards)
Once you’re ready to start practicing on the platform, there are plenty of ways to earn points while helping your clients:

- Earn 10 points when you: attach a contract, add a program description, create tasks and add materials to your library
- Earn 25 points when you: invite a client, receive your first Stripe payment, and kick off your first paid program (you’ll earn 10 points for every paid program you kick off after that
- Earn 15 points when you: host your first live session with your client
- Earn 50 points when you: create the first goal with your client
- Earn 75 points when you: publish your program
- Note that you can only earn up to 250 points per program and programs must last for at least 3 months
And once you’re fully practicing on our platform here are some additional ways to earn points:
- Earn 5 points when: your client completes a task, or you create a short term goal together with your client
- Earn 20 points when you: enroll a client into a group program, create a long-term goal, complete a long-term goal assessment for your client, or when your client completes their short-term goal
- Earn 25 points when you: send a questionnaire or your client completes one
You can track your progress right within the YourSpace tab on our platform. The benefit of accumulating points and moving between tiers is huge for building and optimizing your business.
How many points are needed per tier and how does this affect pricing?
- Tier 1
- Points required: 0 points
- Price: $40 or free if you have at most 1 group and 2 individual programs
- Tier 2
- Points required: 200 points
- Price: $35 or free if you have at most 1 group and 2 individual programs
- Tier 3
- Points required: 500 points
- Price: $30 or free if you have at most 1 group and 2 individual programs
- Tier 4
- Points required: 1500 points
- Price: $25 or free if you have at most 1 group and 2 individual programs
- Tier 5
- Points required: 3000 points
- Price: $20 or free if you have at most 1 group and 2 individual programs
- Tier 6
- Points required: 5000 points
- Price: $25 or free if you have at most 1 group and 2 individual programs
- Tier 7
- Points required: 7000 points
- Price: $10 or free if you have at most 1 group and 2 individual programs
Apart from helping you move between tiers, thus lowering the price of the platform, both points and actions on the platform also make you eligible for perks that position your business for success as you grow your skills and client base.
What’s needed to earn you perks?
To become eligible to be featured on our social media channels, blogs, newsletter, you must:
- No points requirement
- Complete your coach/practice profile and upload your certification(s)
- Have one active program with at least one enrolled client
For early access to YCH events & VIP features, you must:
- No points requirement
- Have invited five clients who have then registered on the platform
- Have three active programs with at least three unique, enrolled clients
In order to be matched with prospective clients, you must:
- Points minimum of 2500
- Be actively using our chat/video functions
- Have five completed programs with at least five unique clients
- Have three completed clients’ goals with client-reported achievement satisfaction that’s over 80% for each
- Have three client questionnaires that were sent and completed
- Have the coaching scope of practice completed (we’ll send this once all the other eligibility requirements are met)
In order to cultivate long-term partnerships with our corporate clients, you must:
- Points minimum of 5000
- Be actively utilizing our chat/video sessions functionality
- Have eight completed programs with at least eight unique clients
- Have six completed clients’ goals with client-reported achievement that’s over 80% for each
- Have completed our Digital Toolbox Overview (once all the other eligibility requirements are met)
- Have received three clients testimonials
- Have the coaching scope of practice completed (we’ll send this once all the other eligibility requirements are met)
